Nail Foil Stickers Review & Giveaway!

Hey Girls!

Today I am reviewing the Nail Foil Stickers. These were given to me a couple of weeks back by my friend and I thought that after I have worn these and tried them out for a while I will give you my feelings on these.

I did a shocking job I know :(

The Product Claims:
- Lasts 9 days
- 100% Shiny
- Zero Drying Time
- Zero Smudging

Packaging:
These Nail Foils are packed in a hard cardboard like envelope, once you open the nail foils are enclosed in a plastic pouch and all the nails stickers are arranged onto a plastic. They have 8 sizes and doubles of each one.

Nail Foil Instructions:
1- File, clean the nail and keep them dry.
2- Select appropriate size for nails.
3- Peel off the sticker and apply it on the nail.
4- Smooth the sticker on the nails.
5- Trim the excess with scissors, File edges gently.

What I say:
-Well I wore these for 5 days and they were still going strong but decided it was time to take them off as you see in the picture I didn't do a great job!
- They were definitely shiny, thanks to my camera it didn't come out as great as it should have but even after 5 days they were shiny link a new penny!
- As for Zero drying time the moment you placed these on your finger nails you don't have to wait for them to dry in place or wait before doing/touching anything- once they were on they stuck on!
- Zero smudging well I'm still still trying to understand what would have got someone to wonder if these would smudge?!?!
- In terms of application, as easy as it looks and sounds well for me I struggled! I am really bad at cutting straight and hence the weird shape on my nails! But they were easy to apply on the nails and once they were on they stayed on.

Conclusion:
I find that these are really fun and easy to use (if you don't have a problem like mine!). Its a product that can give your nails instant glam in minutes! They come in a variety of colours and styles to suit any ones liking. I also think that if you have longer nails than mine, you will get a better result than mine!

and now for the GIVEAWAY!!!

Ok so as I didn't really like the way these looked on my nails (they are short - I don't like long nails as I wear gloves at work and they feel funny), I was telling my friend that she could have them back as I did not have much success with them and she said that I could give them away to my blog readers! So thanks to Stars friend TWO lucky STAR VOGUE followers will get the chance to try these out!

  1. Great giveaway hun! I love the ones you are wearing (it looks like you did a fine job to me! :P Short nails are all the rage these days!)
    I'd love to enter :)
If I had to pick one of those cute designs I would probably pick the second one!

And for my nail disaster, well, I got my finger caught in the door once as I was closing it, and it chopped off most of my nail :( wasn't a pretty sight and it took FOREVER to grow back, which was a real pain!

  4. I think they look good on you!I always wanted to test them, but was always to cheap to spend 8 bugs for a pack. I think the worst nail disaster ever were the playmobil looking fake gel nails my friend did to me cause she was learning how to do them. i had to leave them on for weeks and they were so thick that i couldnt get them off. I really had to wait till they fell from my natural nails. That was horrible.
I love the first, blingy ones. My email is janine.hoen@yahoo.de

my worst nail experience i'd have to say was last night. i really love growing my nails to a medium length but the bad thing about it is one always seems to break when they seem to all are growing lovely :( being that my birthday is coming up next week and i have an obsession with always having my nails polished, i decided that next week i would spoil my nails and polish it lovely with a new design and maybe even add jewels and glitter. while at work, it was moments before my 8 hour shift was over. i had finally finished organizing my last folder of papers and placed them on the desk. as soon as i turned to walk away, my purse got caught on to the folder and before all the folder could hit the ground and all of the papers splattered everywhere i reached to grab the folder, and in the middle of that, i jammed my finger on the desk and broke my lovely middle finger nails :( now its all ugly and uneven and crooked. i seriously dont know how im going to get them pretty for my birthday.

I love the second foil,I have a dress that would look amazing with them!

I've thought about buying these for ages just never actually done it.

I've thought for a long time but I don't think I've had a nail disaster. My worst habbit with nail varnish's though, is spilling it on white sheets as I'm always painting my nails in bed or continuing from that falling asleep with wet nails and not only it goes all over the bed but also on my skin and my nails look awful!

  13. Great review! Love the foils you're wearing! :D

I guess my worst nail disaster would be when I was 12, I didn't have any polish remover and I wanted to take off my nail polish. Brilliant mind that I am, I decided to use a razor blade to scrape it off.. The blade went too deep into my nail.. And let's just say, most painful thing I've ever done to my nails was that!

  17. This is so much fun! I only read about this when you reminded people to enter. Thank you for that!

If I had the chance to win, I would love to receive the first one. I remember a huge nail disaster I had. I was trying to save some money so I went to a cheap salon place for a mani pedi. Pedicurists usually have a hard time with my toes because my cuticles are so deep and difficult to bring out. The pedicurist from the cheap salon place left an uncut cuticle and after a few days, my toe became swollen, making it hard for me to walk. I had to take antibiotics for the pain and the infection that developed.

I learned to not sell my feet short from then on. :)

  19. Already a follower! What a great giveaway! I'd love the first set of stickers. My nail disaster was when I was doing marbleized nails and when I took my finger out of the water all the excess nail polish covered my swirled design which ruined the whole thing! It's really frustrating!
