Hope you have all had a great week, I tell you once again my week has been super crazy but finally the weekend is here and now I can catch up on a tag and award that was given to me by the lovely Holly from Blog of a Cosmetic Junkie, she has an awesome blog and YouTube channel so go ahead and check her out!
So First I'll start off with the Get to Know me Tag as its a great way of getting to know a little bit more about me. So here goes:

So 11 facts about ME:
1. My name means STAR and it was my grandmother who named me :)
2. I am living in Dubai, I have been here for three years and loving every moment of it!
3. I am married to a great guy who I love more than anything and together we are raising our gorgeous boy, who keeps us on our toes :)
4. I am a major shop-a-holic and its a serious problem, I was packing a few things the other day and found a whole heap of clothing and accessories I had forgotten about and they all had their tags in place...a BIG eye opener. My husband thinks it's funny because I acknowledge that I have a problem but when I see something I want I get it!
5. I love all beauty products and I can sit at a beauty store hours on end!
6. I am terrified of cats and dogs- If they come near me I freak out-I think its the way they are soo unpredictable, scares me (weird I know).
7. I have been told that I grind my teeth while I'm sleeping, mainly when I'm stressing about something.
8. I am a bit obsessive compulsive over cleaning and clutter, I don't like seeing things lying around when they aren't being used, especially my sons blocks I pack those things a million times a day because he empties the box, scatters them around and then leaves them, so I collect them and he goes back and empties them again- and so the cycle is never ending!
9. I love to cook, I find it not only rewarding but a stress reliever especially after a hard day at work!
10. I love chocolate-Dark, Milk or White doesn't matter just so long as its chocolate!
11. I have long, thick, dark, stubborn straight eyelashes that find it hard to curl- if anyone can help on this please let me know :)

1. What inspired you to start writing a blog?
Reading so many great blogs I started thinking it would be fun to actually be the blogger instead of the reader and so far its been amazing.
2.If
you could work in cosmetics, which counter would you work on and why?
I would love to work at a Clinique counter not only do they have great and affordable products but I'd still be able to wear my beloved lab coat (always loved their uniform-since its already my uniform).
3. What
was your fave band as a 13 year old?
Backstreet Boys, Spice Girls,*Nsync, Destinys Child, Steps, S Club 7 and many more :)

Rihanna or Beyonce ( or neither)?
Definitly Beyonce.
5. What
do you like to do on a pyjama day?
I'd like to sit at home watch a movie with my hubby and take a nap with my baby boy.

is your favourite high street shop for fashion?
MANGO and WAREHOUSE

car do you drive?
A Honda Civic sedan.

beauty item can you not live without?
Lip Gloss, I love having shiny lips :)

I am so bad with technology - I love touch screens so I got a Nokiaisnt responding well.

you have a Youtube channel and if not, would you create one?
No I dont have one, and I dont think I would start one either just cause I am camera shy and dont like hearing my voice-just sounds weird to me lol.

Since February 2012.

I would like to be the blog that every girl thinks of looking to for inspiration or advice on
products they have been thinking of getting.
3. What are your hobbies?
I love craft and cooking- making things makes me happy.
4. What are your outfit staples?
Shirt, Pants/Skirt, Scarf, Accessories and Wedges (love wedges)
5. What are your go to everyday beauty products?
My Clinique Anti-Redness cream, Chanel Kohl eyeliner and any lip gloss that I have and in I'm in the mood for.
6. Who is your style icon?
I love Victoria Beckham style although I just wish she would get back to her curvier body back in the Spice Girls days.
7. Which star has the worst style?
I think Lady Gaga has the worst style sometimes she reminds me of Marilyn Manson.
8. What beauty product/s are you dying to get your hands on?
I really want to buy all the Guerlian Range (dreaming)
9. Whats your favourite eyeshadow primer?
I have only used NYXs eyeshadow primer and it works well and its cheap.
10. Favourite Song at the moment?
I love many but mainly anything Adele and Nicki Minaj.
11. Favourite eyesahdow colour/s?
Purple, Blue, Bronze and Gold
