Sarah Ashton Travel Brush Set: Review

Hey Girls! How are you all doing? I have three days to go and then I am off to Europe for a long and much needed holiday!! I am really excited about this trip and don't worry I will be posting on my blog every chance that I get! Today though I am going to be reviewing one of my brush sets that I came across about 4 years ago randomly in Australia. I was out shopping and in the middle of the mall (plaza for us Aussies) there was a stand boasting about Sarah Ashton Brush sets. I had and still have no idea who Sarah Ashton is but these sales girls were pitching that she was the Make up artist for Victoria Secret Models and so I got interested- well if she works wonders on the VS models then I wanted to try it! They had a few brush sets and they all looked really good quality, although as I had not heard anything about them I thought I'd go on the safe side and try out the travel brush set.

So for $50(Australian Dollars) I got:

- A red leather brush travel case.
- Eyeshadow brush (synthetic)
- Angled eye definer brush (synthetic)
- Lip brush (synthetic)
- Brow Groomer
- Foundation Brush (synthetic)
- Bronzing Brush (synthetic)
- Powder Brush

Since I purchased this set I have to admit I have used them constantly, they are really good quality, sturdy, densely packed bristles, they wash effortlessly, no bristle fall out, application of product glides on smoothly with no streaking. I remember thinking that I had paid a lot for the set, but now I believe I had made a really good choice since they have been of great quality. I only wish they had included a blending brush and were found more easily. I have been looking online to purchase the full set although most of the sellers online (eBay, iOffer etc) only ship in the United States (oh and at a much cheaper price!). So if you are in the United States and want to try out new brushes that don't break the bank I suggest you try these out!

What brushes have you bought at a reasonable price but work really well? And what are you favourite brushes?

Hope your having a great day!

Star.

*This is not a PR product I purchased this with my own money and this is my own opinion*
